A man accused of killing another man inside an Okolona Olive Garden has been released from custody.Devon Briggs was acquitted on a murder charge and seven other wanton endangerment charges on Monday in relation to the case.“We are very grateful to the jury,” Briggs’ attorney, Rob Eggert, said.Briggs was convicted of a second-degree wanton endangerment charge and was sentenced to 12 months time served.
