MARION, Ill. — A couple of restaurants are opening up soon in Marion.
Both Olive Garden and Chipotle are looking to open soon and residents are eager to visit the new eateries.
An Olive Garden representative tells News 3 the opening date is November 13.
Their hours of operation will be Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Those interested in applying for positions at Olive Garden can text OGJobs to 61000. Starting on Saturday, October 21, they will be starting the interview process and plan on filling dozens of open positions.
Chipotle is also working on construction for their new restaurant. This is just down the road from Olive Garden.
A representative of Chipotle tells News 3 they are scheduled to open in Marion this winter.
The new Chipotle will have their signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pickup lane for guests with digital orders.
The representative said they average about 25 jobs per Chipotle with crew bonuses, debt-free college degree program, access to mental healthcare and more.
