FARGO, N.D. • Beginning April 15 through Oct. 31, Gate City Bank will once again partner with cities across North Dakota and central Minnesota to revitalize mature neighborhoods, helping local homeowners make repairs and improvements with a low interest rate.
“At Gate City Bank, we take so much pride in the communities we serve and the places we call home,” said Jeana Marshall, vice president of personal lending operations. “We’re incredibly excited to see how these local partnerships will benefit homeowners and neighborhoods for years to come.”
Qualifying improvements for the Bank’s home improvement programs range from patio additions and new garages to safety repairs like furnace replacements and accessibility improvements. Funds may be used to address code and structural corrections, energy improvements and general property repairs.
Gate City Bank has been supporting and investing in this initiative for local communities since 2003. In 2022, the Bank has allocated a total of $12 million to programs in the following cities:
Fargo, N.D.
West Fargo, N.D.
Moorhead, Minn.
Fergus Falls, Minn.
Grand Forks, N.D.
Wahpeton, N.D.
Sauk Rapids, Minn.
Applications must be received on or before Oct. 31, 2022, and projects must be within city limits. Each project is subject to credit qualification and a home evaluation.
