Get ideas for giving your home a refresh at Minneapolis Home + Remodeling Show

Several annual home shows were halted during the pandemic, while home improvement projects have been on the upswing.

Now, after a one-year hiatus, one of the larger Twin Cities annual remodeling showcases — the Minneapolis Home + Remodeling Show — is back in action.

More than 250 vendors and exhibitors will be on hand to talk shop about the latest in remodeling, interior design, sustainability and home improvement trends.

Clint Harp, the carpenter on HGTV’s and Magnolia Network’s “Fixer Upper” (and a new Magnolia Network show called “Restoration Road with Clint Harp”), will make guest appearances on the Friday and Saturday of the show’s run.

Other highlights include a feature from Latitude Studios, the Minnesota-based company that repurposes shipping containers into livable spaces. Its Container Living Solutions exhibit will showcase free-standing backyard offices, bars, bunkhouses and tiny homes.

Those looking to create the bathroom of their dreams may want to check out the Bathroom Evolution exhibit by Nolan Miller, president and CEO of Miller Custom Remodeling. And home decor enthusiasts can stir their creative juices with features such as Pottery Barn Vignettes, spotlighting eight interior design ideas.

Dirty Boys Landscaping will also be on hand to offer landscaping inspiration for outdoor living spaces.
