Garden Design adds Western Landscape Co.

Garden Design, an employee-owned commercial landscape company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, has acquired Western Landscape Co.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Western Landscape’s primary focus is commercial landscape maintenance, serving clients within a 30-mile radius of Farmers Branch, north of Dallas, Texas.

“We are excited to join the Garden Design employee-owned family, and for all of the new opportunities this will bring to our team. With Garden Design’s enhanced resources, processes, and systems we will be able to expand our standard of high-level customer service within our market,” said Western Landscape President Bill Perkins.

Garden Design said this acquisition will allow the company to grow in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

The company has operations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston, and it provides services ranging from landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements and landscape development for thousands of properties including home builders, corporate facilities, commercial properties, HOAs, hotels, resorts and more.
